If you plan on renting a car for your Arizona visit, take a pass on Thrifty and Dollar regardless of whatever low daily rate is advertised. We have found that they employ methods that can more than double your final bill with absolutely no recourse nor any intention of correcting a legitimate customer complaint. We have not had these types of problems reported about other Arizona car rental firms.
