The Fairmont Scottsdale offers a total of 651 richly furnished guest rooms, including two Presidential Suites, 27 suites and 50 casita suites. All guest rooms have well-defined living and work areas, terraces, wet bars, refrigerators and enormous luxury bathrooms. Fairmont Rooms
Fairmont Rooms are spacious and boast unique Southwestern decor that incorporates subtle desert hues and earthy accents.  These rooms are located in the Main Building and offer views of the gardens, courtyard or Princess Plaza. They offer high-speed internet access, spacious bathrooms with large dressing areas, separate shower and tub, minibar, wet bar and patio. One King or Two Doubles, 525-600 sq. ft.

Deluxe Rooms
Deluxe rooms are luxuriously appointed with warm desert accents. Located in the Main Building or Villas, they offer premium views of the lagoon or the renowned TPC Stadium golf course (home of the FBR Phoenix Open). Equipped with High Speed Internet access, spacious bathrooms with large dressing areas, separate shower and tub, minibar, wet bar and a charming patio. One King or Two Doubles, 525-600 sq. ft.

Casita Suites
The Casita Suites are composed of a large sitting area with a gas fireplace, sofabed and round marble table that seats six. They also contain a separate bedroom with a shell-shaped walk-in shower. One King or Two Doubles 850 sq. ft.

Premium Casita Suites
Premium Casita Suites have the same amenities as standard suite but feature premium views.
